Marketing Stubs

About Stub Pages

Stub pages are pages that have been identified as being incomplete. The benefit to marking pages as stubs is that:

1. - It alerts all viewers to the fact that the page is incomplete and therefore prompts them to ask themselves if they can add information to it;
2. - It allows for the stub pages to be listed on pages such as this one such that users/working parties can systematically decide which ones to work on and then add information to them.

The Stub page concept is borrowed from the most successful of all wikis, Wikipedia. See the Wikipedia page on stubs for more information.
