Board Member Election

George wished to step down

New candiate - Kenneth Lavrsen supported by Michael and Markus and Oliver and Julian

All 3 candidates were elected unanimously

Financial Report / Auditors

Kenneth Lavrsen has audited the accounts and approved.

Crawford Currie received the accounting too late, but has subsequently inspected the books and finds them all in order.

The GA discussed what needs we have for funding in the future. No decisions made. Need to pay fee for the article changes from last Extra GA

Election of Auditors

Oliver and George were elected as auditors

Oliver is new auditor on condition that accounts are transferred to Julian within the next few months. Otherwise Crawford will step in as backup auditor
