After a developer is approved by completing the process described on GettingStarted, the following actions are required by an InfrastructureTaskTeam member to add the new developer to all the appropriate places:

• developer registers
• developer makes request topic
• admin team adds developer's wikiname to /home/svn/foswiki.access developer group
• done.
