Feature Proposal: Better Crontab documentation in each plugin

Motivation

Having looked at CronWizard, I don't see that being a sufficient tool yet for many who may kick the tires of Foswiki. It's too generic without the backing of each System Plugin Documentation topic.

It would be nice if the Plugin Documentation Topics could look at the instance and dynamically give directions for needed schedule steps.

Description and Documentation

Additional plugin or API available to plugin authors that will generate suggested contab configuration after looking at the users Foswiki setup. Something a page on Foswiki.org can't do.

Implementation

If there was a standard section in plugin topics that could poll if Foswiki is running on Windows, MacOS, *nix, plus read the Foswiki configuration files to glean the values that CronWizard currently asks for, and the user:group Apache is running as. Then add that to suggested parameters which all vary between genwebnotify, mailnotify, actionnotify, daily stats topic updating. The admin may well be able to cut and paste from the plugin topic to crontab, or an AT command on windows, to generate scheduled items. If this was a standard section, then it might also be aggregated into a list of all suggested contab entries, perhaps on AdminToolsCategory or SiteTools
