Feature Proposal: When deleting a Topic to Trash, have the ability to enter a descriptive revision comment

Motivation

I just deleted a Topic in the Foswiki tasks because the errors I reported mostly disappeared when the job ran from cron, and not a command line. A simple revcommet for reason for deletion would be useful for anyone wanting a quick summary.

Maybe I should look at if RevCommentsPlugin should have this added as a feature.

That we do not need a feature proposal for as it is not a default plugin and I am the current maintainer.

If you are not familiar with the plugin then it enables putting a comment each time you save

There are still some wishes I have for it myself. Especially being able to edit your comment of current revision when you make a typo is missing. So I plan to add this. I will consider the cases of moving, copying, and deleting as well

I may need feature proposal for PatternSkin templates so it is prepared for it. That will come when I have looked at it more. It may be several months before I work on this. I have some other more urgent bugs to work on.
