SVK

SVK is a decentralized version control system written in Perl. It uses the Subversion filesystem but provides additional, powerful features.

SVK inherits the features from Subversion:
  • Versioned directories
  • Versioned renames
  • Atomic commits
  • Cheap branching and tagging

Also: (see SVKAbout if you are already familiar with Subversion)

  • Distributed branches
  • Lightweight checkout copy management (no CVS .svn directories)
  • Advanced MergeFeatures
  • Changeset signing and verification
