Feature Proposal: Use a template to generate raw view
Motivation
The topic's raw view is hardcoded in View.pm, which makes it unflexible. We are stuck with a textarea.Description and Documentation
Call a "raw view" template, for exampleviewraw.tmpl. This will be done for raw=on and raw=debug.
The variation raw=all will stay the same.
