Goal of this Project

The goal of this project is to design the user exerience for the project's website.

Work of this project is not necessarily related to work on the new release skin which is another project with a different scope.

Important considerations and background info

• Does the project website needs to use it's own product (as it looks like out of the box)? - This question is not answered yet.
  • I believe it should. First of all, when I download the product and install it, it should be clear / obvious that I downloaded the same product and not something else and second, the website IMO should prove that the product works. -- SebastianKlus - 17 Nov 2008
• Until we have our own release and a new default skin we need to differentiate our project from old twiki (with standard pattern skin). That's why the UserExperienceTaskTeam decided to come up with this interim soulution.
• The current look and feel can be seen as some sort of beta version. It is ongoing work
  • Therefore we collect feedback at Tasks.Item71

Latest dev and design efforts on the website skin

Update 16. Dec 08:
I've created a sub skin which overwrites some css and tmpl's as Micheal won't come back before next year and I didn't want to touch his plugins...

• Fixed some readability issues (lists, links in headings, more line-spacing,...)
• Page revision now visible (and linked to latest changes) in revinfo underneath the h1
• Textual info of attachments are separated more clearly...

Feedback

• The form fields at the bottom look like button because of the bevel.
• Check the bottom margin of bullet lists. Here on the site the text follows too closely:

Text continues, but should have a space between list and this line. Whereas the the top of the bullet list does not need a space.
