Updates warning even if all extensions are up to date

I updated all of my plugins, and even after clearing my cookies, the updates warning appears again: 
Warning: Updates found for 1 extension(s): -1 Upgrade Ignore for 7 days

I hope task Tasks.Item14873 resolves this issue.

Yes. So try upgrading UpdatesPlugin.

I've given up trying to use this plugin. I have two Foswiki environments and both had the same problem. I tried upgrading the UpdatesPlugin, reinstalling it. According to the plugin topic page, I emptied the working/work_areas/UpdatesPlugin, checked the AuthScripts and even fiddled with the JSON dependency, all to no avail...
