Is there any possibilities to link JIRA to FOSWIKI

I would like to link JIRA to FOSWIKI. I just want to display the jira issue links in FOSWIKI page and on click of the jira link I would like to connect the jira database and extract the information for the clicked jira issue and display it on the FOSWIKI page.

I would like to know is there any possibilitities to link jira to FOSWIKI ?.

JIRA has a SOAP interface, so you might be able to use Foswiki's SoapPlugin to do what you what.
