Is it possible to allow edit only to the creator of a topic?

Hi all,

I want a topic to have an initial state, where everybody can see it, but only the creator is allowed to edit it.
Is it possible to allow edit only to the creator of a topic?

I thought of something like QUERY{rev="1" "info.author"}, but this resolves to the creator of the workflow description topic.
Any Ideas?

Why don't you just add the line 
   * Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = (add the name of the creator)
