Error trying to install extensions

I have installed Foswiki 1.1.4.

I am trying to instal extensions.

I got to the page that said

Configure extension installer will perform the following actions
Adding 33 extensions
SpreadSheetPlugin  from Foswiki.org
TinyMCEPlugin  from Foswiki.org
BeautifierPlugin  from Foswiki.org
...
VarCachePlugin  from Foswiki.org
WorkflowPlugin  from Foswiki.org

I clicked to install and got an error

configure: Insecure dependency in open while running with -T switch at /System/Library/Perl/5.8.8/darwin-thread-multi-2level/IO/File.pm line 192

I looked at the Foswiki configure logs. It got this far:

How should I proceed?

Is there a way to run the extension installer from the command line?

Should I just try editing bin/configure to remove -wT and try again?

FYI, I removed -T (kept w) and everything installed as planned.

Hi Vicki,

Wherever you see Foswiki crash like this, feel free to go straight to creating a bug item directly.

I've seen some users have problems with versions prior to Perl 5.8.8, but I thought perl 5.8.8 tainting behaviour should be consistent with 5.10+.
