How to use DBQUERY to search the meta data preferences?

I installed the DBCachePlugin and it works nicel. BUT ...

I can't find topics regarding the given access rights. E.g. I would like to find all topics, who may be changed by a certain user

This query doesn't give me any result, although there are some topics having meta data access right.

Do you have any idea how to find the topics?
