Looking for Freelancer to install Foswiki

(the faq is may the wrong topic but i found no other place- and YES
I looked to the marketplace already)

Hi,

i want to install Fosiki to my root Server. Host is 1&1 Germany.
I spend alredy some hours for installation but I get stuck
by starting the "configure" file. It just wont start
and displays only text. When I get it working then
a fault occurs like CGI:Carp missing. I testet it so
far and it seems okay to me- But I'm just a noob

So I need someone who install Foswiki for me. And
tells me what I did wrong at the end. Only installation,
nothing else.You can start at the beginnung. I don't care.

Systen is CentOS 6 with Parallels Plesk Panel 11 (64 Bit) preconfigured
with a lot lot other Stuff like PHP, Perl, ....
