Software Error after Upgrade to Foswiki 1.0.5

I have a Foswiki 1.0.0 with migrated content of a TWiki 4.1.2, updated to 1.0.4 and tried today to update to 1.0.5.

I copied manually the files and directories from the extracted Foswiki-upgrade-1.0.5.tgz(the --reply=yes switch of the cp command is really a nice thing), because I have problems with extracting the tar-file on the root-directory of my installation. I used tar xfvz Foswiki-upgrade-1.0.5.tgz, but I get the content in an own folder Foswiki-1.0.5...

But I think I have copied everything right and made an chown for the webuser over the whole wiki.

But when i try to access my wiki I get this error:

Software error:

Somehow I have the feeling I'm the only one with such strange bugs.

Perhaps it's something on my side, but I have no clue what I have done false.

p.s.: It's a little bit difficult, when I tried to copy and paste the Error message into the Wysiwyg-editor, the editor showed some grey boxes behind the text and such things. But if you add the content line by line, it's no problem.

If this error is correct

flush(): couldn't store datastr: store(): couldn't close '/var/www/testwiki.dresearch.de/working/tmp/cgisess_e9216d02f9c1c511931aa9651204f2ff': No space left on device at /var/www/testwiki.dresearch.de/lib/Foswiki/LoginManager.pm line 583.

It appears that you have run out of disk spacei n the working/tmp directory?

I've done this same path - 4.1.2 to 1.0.5 and didn't run into any issues like this. Installed 1.0.5, configured, installed plugins and tested it standalone, Then copied webs into the data and pub directories, and merged the user topics in Main.
