Doesn't seem to create users?

How does it know when to create a user? Looks like clicking on my WikiName does it? I had expected it to create the user automatically. Or hoped it would, anyway.

The plugin is called very early in the rendering process of any viewed topic. It just tests the existence of a topic named after your wikiname in the main web. If none is found, it tries to create one...
