New Categories with "undefined" names

When trying to create a new category, the Topic name turns into "Undefinedundefined...Category".

One "undefined" per letter! That is, "TeCa" will turn into "UndefinedundefinedundefinedundefinedCategory".

Categories do work after renaming them, though.

Is that a bug, or is it my fault? (Misconfiguration, missing plugin, missing perl module, whatever?)

If it seems to be working otherwise, I'd say it was a bug.

As a workaround, I keep on creating new categories by copying and renaming existing categories.
