How do I change icons for categories

I can't change the icons for my categories. The icons for the test categories appear on the Category page, but I can't see them in the form. Is there a dependency missing which handles icons in forms?

I think I might have found the reason, but not a solution for the problem:

OK, I have found a workaround: in /Applications/ClassificationApp/Category I changed the field type from "icon" to "text". This is a bit ugly because I have to look up the icon names in System.FamFamFamSilkIcons, but at least I can alter the icons.

I confirmed your reported issue with MoreFormfieldsPlugin and filed a bug report. Short-term fix would be to download the plugin from github and install it manually.
