Cannot access Orphaned Topic

Hi I have a problem with a topic. I can not seem to get access to it. It was created by a user when the system was first set up and set as an orphaned topic. After he created it no one is able to edit it.

My user is registered in the AdminGroup and the allows and denies for that web (our only one) are all open (ie set to nothing)

Interestingly the topic URL is a little strange some.ip.adderssof the server/Main/WebPreferences?topic=TechnicalNotes

Any ideas how to access it/ move it? I would quite like to have that page back.

Depending upon foswiki versions and bugs, topic= can override the url. You could try accessing the URL directly ...server/Main/TechnicalNotes If that can't access it as an admin, you might have to have someone with server access search for TechincalNotes.txt in the Foswiki data directory to find it and examine if it's a valid topic.
