Mostly Blank page following upgrade

I just upgraded a Dreamhost Foswiki to 2.1.4 and now I'm seeing a mostly blank page for Main, System, etc.

I'm using Chrome. Developer tools View Source says the content is there.

bin/configure works as expected and shows no obvious errors.

What do I need to look for?

I just tried your site. Either you fixed it since posting this, or it's a caching issue. Try clearing your browser cache. It is displaying just fine for me.

Yeah. AFter clearing the cache it's fine.
