Our Admin Has been locked out of our site

Our developer installed foswiki for our company here:

http://wiki.ipromo.com

But now when I try to login as AdminUser, it says the login info is wrong? We have the passowrd, can you let me know how the admin can be logged in again. Without it, we can't proceed with setting up the site.
