viewfile breaks inline video playback of mp4's in Safari and Chrome

When mp4's are passed to the viewfile script, Safari and Chrome can't play them inline. Firefox, however, does not have this problem.

In Safari, the console shows "Failed to load resource: Plug-in handled load".

Try XSendFileContrib replacing viewfile.
