Not clear how to set up first web

I have installed IIS5.1, Active Perl 5.8.9.826 and Foswiki on XP-pro 32-bit.

I followed the instructions on http://foswiki.org/Support/FoswikiOnWindowsIISAndPerl and http://localhost/foswiki/bin/configure.pl is happy that there are no errors when I am finished.

After this I am stuck; I like to somehow get a WebStartpage but I do not now how to go about it (something similar to the first page in the foswiki.org sandbox). Please advise

Also some of the hyperlinks in configure.pl do not as since the point to files in foswiki/bin/view/system directory and the view and system directories don't even exist. How do I populate the foswiki/bin/view/system directory?

As advised in http://foswiki.org/Support/FoswikiOnWindowsIISAndPerl I set up ApacheLogin as Login method for IIS, but I don't know how to set up users and administrators in this case.

http://localhost/foswiki/bin/view should point you to your wiki installation. http://localhost/foswiki/bin/view/System should point to your System Web. If these are not working then you need to check the path settings in your Configure file.
