Configure Foswiki behind an SonicWall SSL VPN

I am trying to configure Foswiki to work behind a SonicWall SSL VPN as an http bookmark. When viewing it from inside the network, it looks great. When looking at it from through the VPN, the text on the home page displays as well as some of the quicklink icons, but none of the other formatting, banner graphics, etc. show through.

The Apache error log was showing that there was an error attempting to access the site from a proxy (access not allowed) so I enabled mod_proxy and reconfigured it to allow proxy requests from the firewall. Those errors then went away but the site still does not display correctly.

The VPN creates a URL that looks like this:

https://sslvpn.mycompany.com/go/http://wiki.mycompany.com/wiki/bin/view

There are no errors in any of the Foswiki logs. Any ideas?
