Disable RSS Feeds for specific topics?

We are currently using RSS Feeds where I work to stay up to date with change on our Foswiki installation. However there are some topics where people don't really want to be informed that changes have been made, e.g. we have a topic for abbreviations (for technical terms). Is there anyway to stop RSS Feeds being generated by certain topics? I have tried saving using Quiet Save but this still sends a feed.

I don't know about excluding individual topics from the default RSS feed but you can define a feed based on a search where you can use excludetopic to remove topics from the resulting feed:

http://localhost/Main/WebRss?search=.*;type=regex;excludetopic=WebSearch,WebHome,WebStatistics,MyTopic;web=System;limit=all;scope=all
