WYSIWYGEditorWipesLineBreaks

I have installed the SyntaxHighlightingPlugin and all the dependencies are ok.

Say I want to use the SyntaxHighlightingPlugin to "publish some code with highlight".

Say I copy the code text from somewhere else and I paste it within the SyntaxHighlightingPlugin plugin CODE/ENDCODE macro in a topic by using the WIKI editor ==> everything works properly.

But as soon as I open this topic with the WYSIWYG editor all the line breaks of the inserted code gets lost: the whole code is rendered in one line!

The same thing happens if I directly insert the code i the WYSIWYG editor. Obviously if I would manually enter a line break at every code line within the WYSIWYG editor it would keep the line breaks.. but this is a non sense ......

MichaelTempest (almost) has a solution working in Tasks.Item2174.
