natskin does not recognize STYLESITEBAR setting (debian install)

I made a clean install of foswiki 1.09 from the debian repro at fosiki. After a first check I installed NatSkin from the repro also.

I switched all plugins on in configure.

I set the SKIN = nat and STYLESITEBAR = right settings in Main.SitePreferences.

But the sitebar is shown on the left site.

Am I missing something?

It is called STYLESIDEBAR.
