add support for incmonth

I would like to suggest to add a function named incmonth analog to incday, inchour.

I understand the need, but it is not that easy to implement. How to handle 31 Dec minus 1 month? Or 30 Jan plus 1 month?

It can be done but it would require a lot of code checks.

I think the best roadmap would be to implement Tasks.Item8897 first (implement CPAN DateTime).
