Error 500 with WorkflowPlugin

Hi,

I have installed the Workflow Plugin using the Configure Dialog. After Installtion I tested the Installation using the Exampe Topic in the Sandbox Web. After klicking at the "ready for approval" Button I get a Internal Server Error (500). Below you can see my Apache2 log.

My guess is that you didn't include all the required topics for the example. The failure is occurring because it can't load the requisite form for the topic.

Thanks for your Answer. Can you say me, what I must do the solve the Problem. I haven't so much expirience with working with the wiki.
