MailerContrib sends no differences in Foswiki 1.1.X

We moved from TWiki 4.X to Foswiki 1.1.0, now upgraded to 1.1.2. In Twiki we got a diff of the changes from the MailerContrib but this doesn't work in Foswiki any more.
I tested it with our own Web and got the message - no loaded:

An in the Sandbox, I get only the new version head without any version information. How to get the old behavior like:

It seems that my probelm is somehow related to SID-00379 in twiki. See http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Support/SID-00379. I use also a restricted Web and only this does not work correctly. I added some debug messages and it seems so that the MailerContrib tries to access the histroy version as the wrong user. It uses always BaseUserMapping _666.

you can specify -user AdminUser on the command-line to work around the wrong user permissions. Not sure why you would have this problem, though, as that should have been fixed in Foswiki 1.1.0+ as detailed on Tasks.Item6011.

Foswiki 1.1 somewhere along the way broke the changes summary used by the diff emails. See Tasks.Item10558. This was fixed in 1.1.3.
