How to set a default email address for notifications with BugsContrib for New bugs that aren't yet assigned?
We have just added BugsContrib into our Wiki install. So far, so good. However, we are having trouble with one part of the email notification process. In general notifications are working fine. However, if a new bug is reported and the "Waiting for" field is not filled in, the only person who receives notification about this bug is the person who created the ticket. It seems like there should be a default email/person who receives notifications for all new bugs being created so that someone is informed that a new bug exists and can then assign it, as needed.
