Error on Enabling Object plugin

We are moving from Twiki to Foswiki. When we enable Object plugin following error pops up in pages with embedded wmv files

Foswiki detected an internal error - please check your Foswiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

Can't locate Timepath in @INC (@INC contains: C:path Filespath . C:path C:path C:path C:path Filespath C:path Filespath-x86-multi-thread C:path Filespath C:path Filespath)

We are using any pages with embedded videos for training
