Error installing Form Plugin: "Could not create field of type text"

On installation of Form plugin , when i click on Formplugin home page i get following 
Foswiki detected an internal error - please check your Foswiki logs and webserver logs for more information.

Foswiki::Plugins::FormPlugin::Renderer::Html::FieldFactory : Could not create field of type text.

Was checking plugin dependancies it mentions JQuery 4.04 as mandatory requirement. Can find Jquery 4.03 as highest version available through configure interface as well as manual install.

does it have something to do with above problem

These are unrelated issues. What is written in your webserver error log?

I cannot see what is wrong. Could you check if you have the file Text.pm in folder FormPlugin/Renderer/Html/Field/?

Yes. it exists. I tried manual reinstall of the plugin. still same result.

Could you try to use this file in FormPlugin/Renderer/Html/: FieldFactory.pm. Then point to System.InstalledPlugins to see any error output.

Foswiki::Plugins::FormPlugin::RendererFactory : Could not create field renderer of type html and field class FieldRenderer.

Different error

That does not provide more info, unless more is written to your webserver error log.

Similarly, perhaps this RendererFactory.pm in dir FormPlugin could provide additional info.

In the meantime I have updated the plugin, version 2.0.1.

With the new file The page form plugin has started appearing. But the plugin is now showing disabled in installed plugins list. In the Plugin Diagnostics section there is large dump of code against the form plugin. Will try to install 2.1 version and revert

The Error returns .... wink

With the new install it is showing the original error again.

The attached files are for diagnostics. You can still use these to get a better error report.

The cause was a missing dependency List::MoreUtils. If you install that the error should go away. The dependency is now listed in Form Plugin version 2.0.2.
