Item10191: CommentPlugin REST handlers rewritten to use a JQuery REST implementation.

I thought i'd play with the ajax demo that Crawford built, and in the process found some confusions

iirc type=ajax simply didn't work.

but i found out yesterday, while building a demo that COMMENT{} still parses its own params, and is too stupid to do multi-line. so maybe it just needs a code-cut.

oh, type=ajax is just a manifest issue (missing comment.js)

Also, ... are you sure you were looking at trunk? AFAIK Crawford made trunk's CommentPlugin use registerTagHandler.

Yeah, it was a work in progress. Finished now, and using this task to check in. Changed the headline from "Comment plugin issue" to the more meaningful "Correct CommentPlugin REST handlers". Priority raised to urgent because it's unreleasable right now.
