Any information on how to recreate this? Seems to be this line in Foswiki::entityEncode.
  • s/([[\x01-\x09\x0b\x0c\x0e-\x1f"%&'*<=>@[_\|$extra])/'&#'.ord($1).';'/ge;
But it doesn't happen for me.
