Item10248: TOC rendering wrong anchors for INCLUDEd content

Try this:

<a href="%SCRIPTURLPATH{"view"}%/%WEB%/%TOPIC%?module=Foswiki">then click here</a>

%TOC%

%INCLUDE{"doc:%URLPARAM{"module" default="Foswiki"}%"}%

When calling the same page with the module=Foswiki url param %TOC renders incorrect urls appending a A_01... to all anchors.
