Item10618: TwistyPlugin crashes Foswiki when topic has a trailing )

Any topic you look up in 1.1 with a trailing ) makes Foswiki code crash with a regex error that seems to come from the TwistyPlugin.

Seems like easy fix = protect the cookie key with \Q \E so that any special characters are treated literally in the regex. ... committing a fix.

Added a note to TwistyPlugin changelog, but did not increment version/release and release the extension.
