The shipped bin/.htaccess.txt file is inconsistent with the other sample files pub-htaccess.txt In addition it's hidden so new admins might overlook the file.

Also the distribution ships with a working/.htaccess file

Relocate this file to be consistent with the other files and update the documentation:

  • pub-htaccess.txt
  • root-htaccess.txt
  • subdir-htaccess.txt
  • Move bin/.htaccess.txt to bin-htaccess.txt
  • Remove working/.htaccess

Also remove the working/.htaccess file. It's covered by the instructions contained in subdir-htaccess.txt
