Item1064: twiki2foswiki script starts working the entire svn root if the renaming inside extension failed

It can happen that you have edited some files in a TWiki subdirectory
And not committed the change
When you then do an svn mv it fails because there are uncommitted changed. You can then svn mv -force but that I do not want to put in a script.
Problem with the twiki2foswiki script is that if this renaming failed it later fails to
cd blabla/System
and then it starts fixing from the root of the svn tree "fixing" all extensions. Not what we want. I have extended the script with a primitive test and stop so you can fix the problem and rerun the script.
