Item10650: SkinBrowser lists VarSKIN topic

the 1.1.3 topic is driven by the SEARCH topic=*Skin setting, but that has either been broken to be case insensitive (needs a check) or VarSKIN needs to be excluded..

Adding casesensitivie="on" to the search resolves the problem. It appears that the topic="*Skin" follows the casesensitive setting. So is this a search bug, or a bug in the SkinBrowser topic? Simple enough to fix the topic.
