I've closed Item10911 as a duplicate of this one, and raised this to urgent and confirmed based on Svens' task.

I cannot reproduce this on IE6, 7 or 8. I am using IETester, so perhaps it doesn't use that particular version. But even on IE6 it looks fine.

Could it be something debian-package-specific? I'm using Svens Debian Package.
