Somewhere during foswiki-1.0.9 and 1.1.3 this feature has silently been removed.

It was flagged SMELLy in the sources as it was not documented. Still it worked perfectly. Instead of removing this feature it should be documented.

This is now causing unnecessary upgrade pain.

I agree we should add the web back. I am sure many have used it assuming it was there without reading the docu. It would be odd if this macro did not have a web parameter
