JSCalendarContrib does not store seconds, causing all kinds of problems.

Amongst which: clicking "Today" does not update to current time. When the calendar format is set to JSCALENDARCONTRIB_FORMAT = %Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S, the calendar popup shows a time field. But when you click on the "Today" button, the time stays at 00:00. This happens when the date field already has a value that doesn't show seconds, for instance 2005-01-23. When the field is empty, the time field is populated with the current time.

Overall, seconds in the date field get reset to 0.
