I needed to create a large number of topics but wanted to be able to specify the Parent topic for each of them, so I added a parameter called "PARENTCOLUMN" which allows you to specify a column for specifying the parent of each new topic created. If PARENTCOLUMN is not specified, it uses the default behavior which is to use the TOPICPARENT for each topic created.

I also found that the plugin could not create a new topic due to issue http://foswiki.org/Tasks/Item10072, and added the fix for that as well.

I will attach a patch file.

Actually, the plugin says it's CoordinateWithAuthor - perhaps you could contact ThomasWeigert (author) or SvenHess, MichaelDaum who have been maintaining it in the past
