Item11203: Upgraders to Foswiki 1.1.4 need a pointer to help with incompatible autocomplete, textboxlist changes

• Add an item in the "Import changes since Foswiki 1.1.3"... that existing usage of JQueryAutocomplete and some usage of JQueryTextboxList will be broken
• Add a similar item in JQueryPlugin
• Point users to a supplemental doc on support web, which should have
  • An JQueryTextboxlist DataForms, old code -> new code example (Eg. Support.BasicForm vs Support.BasicForm)
  • An JQueryAutocomplete migration example

I see that JQueryPlugin already has a link to the "migration guide" document. So this task will be to ensure there's a clear Foswiki-specific migration procedure & examples, especially for DataForm users of Textboxlist
