Item11228: four modules singled out ahead of the path setting

just thought everything should come after the path is set, not before (but i can understand if somethings are needed to set the path) 	[23:43]
gac410	Yeah - I just wasn't 100% sure why those four modules were singled out ahead of the path setting - don't want to break anything close to release.

I think that this can to to No Action. Configure on 1.2 no longer loads modules directly. It's "just another" engine script.
