Item11455: EditChapterPlugin doesn't allow me to edit chapters.
Priority: Normal
Current State: No Action Required
Released In: n/a

I upgraded to the new
EditChapterPlugin(4.20, $Rev: 13577 (2012-01-10) $). Clicking on the pencil link to edit a chapter takes me to a weird page (image below) where the text for the chapter is displayed in an editable box, but the only working link from there is the "Edit all" link (which takes me to the edit page for the whole topic). The "OK" and "Cancel" aren't actually links, so I cannot save my changes. When I check the javascript errors I get the following:
Uncaught
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
In order to get this far I also had to manually install
RenderPlugin and also
NatEditPlugin (which I guess should have been included in the dependancies for
EditChapterPlugin).

Did you install
RenderPlugin as well? It is listed as a dependency to
EditChapterPlugin. Most probably the upgrade process did not take care of it automatically.

Yes, I installed both
RenderPlugin and
NatEditPlugin:
