This was picked up from http://develop.twiki.org/~twiki4/cgi-bin/view/Bugs/Item6842 and confirmed that it fails here as well.

Added unit test, marked it as expect failure.

Deferring this to 2.0. I think it's questionable whether the slash delimiter for web/topic should be supported inside square bracket links. The slash is the web/subweb delimiter, and dot the web.topic delimiter. Also flipping to Proposal Required since this involves changes to render.
