Item11564: AuthScripts checker could be a little more helpful

Note:The Following scripts are open to unauthenticated users:
login view viewfile ...

1. So I wanted to secure the entire wiki - C&P list, then realise that it needs me to type in commas
2. save, and kill my foswiki due to login redirecting to login

1. is easy, i'll do it in a mo

2. is 2part - don't list the 2 login&logon in this 'list', and add a little code to the redirector to prevent loops of any kind - but specifically don't redirect to login if the request is login

looks like trunk doesn't loop, but 1.1.5 does
