  • Create a topic called OhBollocks while logged in as NitWit
  • Edit it a couple of times to create at least 2 revs
  • delete it by moving to trash
  • log in as SmartKid and recreate OhBollocks
  • run mailernotify on the web

The mail notifcation will be for the rev 2 change, not the most recent recreation of the topic. This is because when merging topic changes it looks at the rev of the topic, and not the time.
